Plov is originated from 'Palov Osh' this traditional uzbek meal
has more than ages of history. There are few Legends about history
how plova was invented. First is wit Avitzenna (Abu Ali Ibn Sino)
who can be named as Asian Hypokrat. He invented PALOV OSH by puting
it into a recipe for the people who suffer from low blood power
(anemy) to make people eremmeber all ingredients he has named the
meal by the first letters of each ingredient. so we have got P -
Piez (onion) A - aez (carrot) L - Lahm (meat) O- olio (oil), V- vet
(Sault) ... O- obi (water) Sh - shali (rice). It had become first
recipe and was widely used by population as most calorised and easy
to cook dish by uzbeks and tajiks.
