Technically, no.
Polyphony only means that you can play that many number of notes
at the same time, so if your digital piano has a 64-note polyphony,
it can play as much as 64 notes at a time. 128 notes for a 128-note
polyphony.
64-notes is plenty for most people, and it's usually cheaper
than 128.
