The acronym PRM is used copiously in the medical profession,
some of the definitions are, premature rupture of membranes,
progesterone receptor modulator, passive range of motion and
primary respiratory mechanism.

GARP is for-profit. PRMIA is not for profit. GARP's FRM takes
place once a year. PRM takes place any day you want. FRM is big
exam. PRM consists of 4 exams that can be taken at different times
within a two-year period. Also, PRM is more mathematically
intensive (exam 2). GARP is based on reading which change every
year. PRMIA does not change much and is therefore more
consistant.
