No. The men who wrote the constitution and Washington were very careful in their application of religion. They had lived under a state religion and knew how repressive a state religion could be. These were men truly believed in the freedom of religion and worked to create a separation of church and state. To consecrate the US to God would have been against Washington's basic beliefs. He did refer to God as providence and that providence was neither right or wrong.
