Not by itself. Any heartburn endured while on whizz is most
likely a result of some other activity e.g. drinking to reasonable
excess and not eating for a while whilst taking the meth. Best bet
is more alkaline liquids such as milk or just water to neutralise
the acid in your gut. Antacids help of course, but only use them
when absolutely necessary as it damages stomach lining, which (if
you're stomach contents are that acidic) could cause worse issues
in the long run.
protip: just don't take meth. Even when used by an experienced
psychonaut in a controlled environment with pure material.... it's
still not that great after the first few goes. At least as you go
on and take more over time the comedown isn't as horrific. That's
really bad though as the 2-day comedown was always a fairly
effective deterrent in the circles I know. Without that it's just a
harsher, way more expensive alternative to popping 5 no-doz :P
