I work for Raytheon. Their management is poor. The products a good but are continuously late. I have dealt with QinetiQ and L3 who I think dont deliver quality products. In my experience, General Dynamics delivers the best quality products (with documentation!) and their management is good. The have a lot of big projects too. Northrop Grumman has a lot of good projects too.
