Management method of guaranteeing high-quality product and service standards are established and achieved. Quality assurance has to be a comprehensive management system that achieves Total Quality Management having the ultimate objective of achieving zero defects.
1. procedures for checking the quality of dental care provided by participating dentists and correcting any irregularities. Also called quality control or quality evaluation. n 2. the assessment or measurement of the quality of care and the implementation of any necessary changes to maintain or improve the quality of care rendered.
The inspection, testing, and other relevant actions taken (often by an owner or his representative) to ensure that the desired level of quality is in accordance with the applicable standards or specifications for the product or work.
