Foods high in vitamin D may raise your testosterone. Tuna, beef liver, beans, shellfish (especially oysters) may increase your testosterone level.

Unfortunately, practically all of the testosterone is destroyed by one's own stomach's gastric juices, before being available to raise one's free testosterone levels. (Not really practical for that purpose.)
