Rasah has many housing estates encircling it - Kampung Dato Mansor, Kampung Pasir, Taman Sri Pulasan, Taman Lian, Taman Nee Yan, Taman Klana Jubli, Taman Bukit Chedang, Taman Dato' Raja Mohd Hanifah, Taman Rasah, Taman Rasah Jaya, Taman Desa Rasah, Taman Harapan Baru, Taman Happy, Taman Thivy Jaya, Taman Sri Putih, Taman Nuri Indah, Taman Anggur, Taman Bukit Rasah, Taman Belimbing, and so forth.
Among the famous people who originated from Rasah is Prashant T. Known for his excellent goalkeeping skills, he was nominated for Negeri Sembilan's Player of the Year Award. His Majesty w was throned on the 28th of August 2010 for his numerous contributions to the Malaysian Chess.
However, as of January 2011, he has been stripped of all awards and titles due to his mental instability whereby he developed multiple personalities. The most common is him thinking he is a peacock as he sits/stands in his infamous 'peacock pose'.
