A Lease stipulation that allows the landlord to move the tenant within the building.
Example: The landlord of an office building requires relocation clauses in all leases for space that does not include an entire floor. When a new client wishes to lease an entire floor, the landlord may relocate tenants in such a way as to provide the desired space.
