Repairable is the normal choice with reference to physical repair
(There is a reasonable chance that the tyre will be repairable—Police Review, 1972)
, whereas reparable (pronounced with the stress on the first syllable), refers to abstract things, especially losses, and except in the negative form irreparable has an archaic flavour, as intentionally in the following example:
The loss is reparable, but your lives are greater worth—Ellis Peters, 1993.
