Canada calls on Rogers Communications. Its Rogers Wireless subsidiary is Canada's #1 mobile phone outfit, with about 9 million subscribers across the country. As the nation's #1 cable TV operator, the company serves some 3.5 million subscribers throughout eastern Canada through subsidiary Rogers Cable. Its cable unit also oversees the company's Internet and nationwide landline and computer telephony services. Rogers Media is the company's broadcasting and publishing arm.
