Rutherford Institute was created in 1982.

Unless other arrangements were made, Rutherford would have retained the rights, which would then pass along to heirs. Alternatively, the Institute of Pyramidology may have taken over the rights, but it no longer appears to exist. I would suggest contacting first the American Institute of Pyramidology (see link below), and then the reprint publisher Kessinger, which has picked up some of Rutherford's books.
