No. Each member of Noble Team in Halo: Reach dies. The only exception is Jun and Jorge. He left with Dr. Halsey and his whereabouts are unknown. Jorge is presumed to be dead, but it isn't for sure. It is very possible that when he activated the slipspace engine to destroy the Covenant Supercarrier, he was transported to some other, unexplained location with the chunk of the ship that the slipspace rift sucked in.
