[SHEEL-luhr-vine] A rosé wine that's a specialty in Germany's württemberg region. It's made from a mix of red and white grapes that are fermented together. In the past, these grapes were also sometimes planted and harvested together. Schillern means "to change color" and refers to the varying shades of pink found in the wines.
