You must go to school to be certified as a nursing assistant. This can be done at a technical school, a medical school, or an online school specializing in such programs.

Every high school offers different programs. It's best to check with the school and see if they are able to provide a list of available after school programs for you to look over.

There are good after school programs for teenagers. The YMCA offers after school programs. Community centers are locations where your teen can go also.
