It is caused by a fatal error in a Microsoft operating system.

Are you asking how to get an image of something that appears on screen (a game) as a .gif file? If so:
Take a screen dump (the Prt Scr key on the top row of the keyboard towards the right).
Open your favorite image editing application
Make a new empty image
Paste in the screen dump (probably [Ctrl + V] works here)
Save as .gif
(if you cannot save as .gif then save as whatever and find an application that can convert - I use IrfanView)

If you get an error message in a blue screen that says
"beginning physical dump of memory to disk," it may mean the disk
is blocked or the operating system has been corrupted. It can be a
driver or kernel-mode process tried to access memory and failed due
to bad hardware or software.
