Review

The title of The Second Decade is a little misleading: Sinner had only existed for 15 years when this was released, and the compilation covers the band's entire career, not just a decade of it. However, that makes it as close to a definitive Sinner compilation as is likely to be assembled, including 15 tracks and some enhanced-CD video footage as well. The perfect starting point for newcomers and European power-metal obsessives. ~ Steve Huey, All Music Guide
