What is SETI@home?

SETI@home is a scientific experiment that uses Internet-connected computers in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). You can participate by running a free program that downloads and analyzes radio telescope data.

What is SETI@home?

SETI@home is a scientific experiment that uses Internet connected computers in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). You can participate by running a free program that downloads and analyzes radio telescope data.

Basically there's that GIANT satellite ( Can't remember correctly how much there's satellites, and if there really is a giant satellite, i just seen a picture of a giant satellite in the boinc ), that listens to the space radio signals, and something else if i remember correctly, then it sends the data to user, for his computer to process the data (Just in case the satellite have found something in the data you got, that is included in the data that your computer got) then it sends the data back to seti@home, so they can have the data. (That's how it goes if i remember correctly)
