Shahid Khaqan Abbasi (خاقان عباسی) is the chairman of Airblue. He received his pilot's licence at the age of 17, before his driving licence. His father was a pilot in the Pakistan Air Force. Abbasi built the first ultra-light aircraft in Pakistan.
