The longest shower extension arm that I found was 15" . Majority of the shower extension arms that I found were 9 -10 inches long with a few at 12 inches. It should be noted that there was at least one 9 inch shower extension arm where two of them could be combined for a total of 18 inches.

Shower arms can be found at many stores all around the world. Many department stores are beginning to sell shower parts. A shower arm can also be found at a home store such as Lowes, Home Depot or Ikea.

A Vichy shower is different from a regular shower due to the distribution of water flow. A Vichy shower has a metal arm with several shower heads running parallel to the ground, allowing the person to shower while lying down.

Aerator in shower head is plugged up. Unscrew head, clean it out, and replace. Make sure you have teflon tape on hand for the treads on the shower arm when putting the head back on.

A hot shower or immerse the aren and shoulder in a tub of hot water may help pain.
