Ingredients
- 2½ quarts clean snow
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
Procedure
- When there are several inches of freshly fallen snow on the ground, scoop up just the top layer and pile it into a one-quart saucepan.
- Empty the contents into a mixing bowl; repeat, filling the saucepan a total of 2½ times.
- Gently mix in the milk, vanilla, and sugar until it has been completely combined with the snow.
- Serve immediately.
