Sophistical Refutations (Latin: De sophisticis elenchis) is a text in Aristotle's Organon.
Aristotle identified thirteen fallacies, as follows:

- Material fallacies
- Accident
- Affirming the consequent
- Converse accident
- Irrelevant conclusion
