Well at all Southwire Company (I believe ) there are a 5SUPER step process. 1st You call your local Southwire Company near you for which you are trying to get a job for and setup up a date to come in. 2nd Once the date is set you come in on the date you set it on and you will have to meet the people at HR. Then you will have to sign in the be brought to a computer to do a 1-2 hour application process. Which is most applying to the company then you will have to take a test which test you in variety of different things that you will have to know how to do in the company. From math, reading , mus-tasking and etc. Once you is done you will be graded on for either which you pass or fail. If you fail you can not come back until a year later. But if you pass you get setup with a interview. Now this will be step 3 once you is done with the interview and if everything goes well you will be set up with another interview with the interviewer boss. That would be step 4 and if everything goes will you will be setup to come in to take a drug test, physics test, and background check and once you pass those which that would be step 5. They will call you and give you a start date to come in to work. I'll say all of this will take a 1-4 & ½ week process in order to get in the door. But time will vary depending on how your interview(s) go and if you don't get a call back after your first interview that will put you on file until later/further notice.

I hope this helped out and good look.
