Biography

Spice, originally known as Sugar and Spice, comprised Suzanne Morier (vocals), Laurie Currie (drums, vocals), Brian Miessner (bass, vocals), Chuck Gorling (organ, piano), Phil O'Connell (guitar) and Bob Walker (bass). They recorded several singles in 1969 as Sugar and Spice and in 1972, after Morier and Walker dropped out, released "Sweet Talkin' Woman," "Strawberry Wine" and "Just a Little Love." ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
