the giving of allergen extracts (teeny tiny bits of the allergic
material in question - peanut, tree nut, etc) to the patient. This
is usually done by either plain old injections or through painless
drops under the tongue, known as sublingual therapy. Immunotherapy
is far more effective than any other known form of allergy relief,
as it is the sole one that can reduce the patient's sensitivity to
