Initially New Orleans jazz. Later, for a while swing, and then later still back to New Orleans style.

The first Jazz was recorded by The Original Dixieland Jazz Band in Chicago although they were from New Orleans.

Before New Orleans had them they were the Charlotte Hornets and New Orleans was the jazz. But when New Orleans was in the ABA(American Basketball Association) way back when they were the New Orleans Bucks.
