I don't think that is in the Quran. It is from the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)'s farewell sermon.

Also, the farewell sermon (the one on wikipedia) is fake. the quote is not found any any Islamic books (the farewell sermon in wikipedia is not actually from an Islamic source but from the book by a Pakistani author, which schoalars say is fake)

The only complete sermon found in Islamic source is in Imam Tabiri's book
