Time Domain was founded in 1987 by scientist Larry Fullerton, who patented time-modulated ultra-wideband (UWB) technology and developed a chipset that is the centerpiece of the company's PulsON signal generator and evaluation kit, used in radar, tracking, and wireless communications applications.
