Tom Danielson (born March 13, 1978 in East Lyme, Connecticut, U.S.) is a professional road bicycle racer. Previously riding for the Saturn Team on the U.S. Pro Circuit, and for Fassa Bortolo in Europe, Danielson is currently a member of Team Garmin-Slipstream, but rode for the Discovery Channel team between 2005 and 2007.

Danielson currently holds the record for the fastest ascent of Mt. Washington, New Hampshire, in the Race to the Clouds competition. The previous record holder was another American cyclist, Tyler Hamilton. He also holds the record time for the Mt. Evans Hill Climb in Colorado, which traverses the highest paved road in North America.

Danielson had a very uneventful stint on the Division 1 Italian team Fassa Bortolo, missing the early spring campaign due to visa issues. Subsequently, he raced for the Discovery Channel team, with whom he won the 2005 Tour de Georgia.

Tom Danielson was to lead the Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team in the 2.HC rated UCI 2007 Tour of Qinghai Lake, a very difficult multi-stage race set on the high-steppes of the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau, but pulled out of the "world highest bicycle race" at the last moment. Nonetheless, his teammates Allan Davis and Fuyu Li went on to capture the 1st and 16th place positions in the opening stage 1 on July 14, 2007.
