By ferry or train. If you are driving, you can take your car on the ferry.

From the Airport you can the Underground train to Euston, and from Euston you can get a train to Holyhead which is where the ferry goes from.

From Victoria to Portsmouth Harbour, then a short walk on to the ferry. The station and ferry terminal are part of the same building. Train journey is about 2.5hrs, ferry about 20 minutes.
