Propanoic acid remains unchanged. As does Butanoic Acid
However,
Valeric Acid ( Pentanoic Acid)
Try Stearic Acid. (CH3(CH2)16COOH).

C5H9OOH can be pentanoic acid also known as valeric acid. It can
also be isomers of this compound. The generic formula C5H10O2 can
refer to a number of compounds. See related link for more
information. C4H9COOH would be a better writing of the formula.
