i tried calling my friend whose at work that time and the prompt says "The number you dialed is busy at the moment please try again later". He said that there is no signal in their Office. but i tried calling myself to see if the voice prompt is the same as when the line is currently engaged to another line and if it out of signal and it is. The advantage is - you don't need to be there to receive a message. The caller simply records their message at the prompt - and you listen to it at your convenience.

Easiest way is to just mouse down to the bottom right corner, and mute the volume.

Prompt is an adjective and also a verb

adjective -- Jack is always prompt.

verb -- Can you prompt John to collect the fees?

The past tense of "prompt" is "prompted."
