(WINdows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs) A version of Windows XP for older PCs that contains most of the functionality that people required in Windows XP. Introduced in 2006, WinFLP was designed to run on Pentium PCs with a minimum clock speed of 233 and 64MB of memory. It was superseded in 2011 by Windows Thin PC (see WinTPC).
