The original "FedEx" logo had the Ex in Orange_(colour); it is now used as the FedEx Express wordmark. The FedEx wordmark is notable for containing a hidden right-pointing arrow in the Negative_spacebetween the "E" and the "X", which was achieved by designing a proprietary font, based on Universand Futura_(typeface), to emphasize the arrow shape.

An administrator can go to Special:ThemeDesigner (it'll be on your tools in the toolbar too) and upload a logo in the Wordmark tab. The logo must be 150x65px, and as I recall must be a .PNG image.

Google has had several logos. The current official Google pop logo is a wordmark based on the Catull typeface.
