Press Fn. If you want to use the number pad on the keyboard on a laptop, press fn and then num lock and then the num lock again (maybe fn before, depends on the computer) to turn the numbers off. Hope this helps :)
You turn off the VoiceOver function from the Universal Access section of System Preferences or use the Command key (cmd) and Fn 5 keys shortcut.

There's no button to turn of display, but there's a small software (85KB) that you can use and assign a key to it to turn off the display, it works perfect with me. follow the link to download it. There is usually a function button combination that will switch the LCD off and external monitor on. On an HP G6000 it is [Fn] + [F4]. Look for the monitor symbol on the F keys and press the Fn key with it.
You can use the 'sticky keys' function. Sticky keys remembers you've pressed the SHIFT, FN or CTRL keys, and wait for you to press another key to go with it. To turn on sticky keys - Click on Control Panel > Make the keyboard easier to use > Turn on Sticky Keys > APPLY > OK. To turn them off - repeat the previous steps, and remove the tick from the box.
Try pressing the 'Number Lock' key once to turn if off and see if it helps. Tapping the 'Fn' key five times may also work, however the first option worked for me.
On most there is a small oval sized button with a hite dot in the center. Press it or press and hold it.
There is no hardware switch on the B130. To turn the radio on and off, press FN + F2.

If a program uses the F1-F12 keys as shortcuts and if you click them and it changes the sound or something, hold FN and it will act as a shortcut
