It means the light "The one who brings the light", the meaning has to do with the light comes from pahan/oil lamps in the Buddhist temples. Some also say it also has to do with the amazing smell of araliya flowers you get as you enter a Buddhist temple.

'Ayesha' = Middle Eastern. That has NOTHING to do with the South Asian name Ayeshma. So don't get mixed up!
