It is the possibility of a remaining risk when all other risks have been eliminated
In Statistics and Mathematical Epidemiology the term Relative Risk refers to the risk of an occurrence ( or evolving disease) associated to being unprotected. Relative Risk is a rate of the likelihood of the occurrence happening in the exposed group compared to the non-exposed group.
"The residual risk is the risk or danger of an action or an event, a method or a (technical) process that, although being abreast with science, still conceives these dangers, even if all theoretically possible safety measures would be applied (scientifically conceivable measures)"Basically it means that it's the risk that remains once you've done everything you could in order to cancel out risk.
BOTH!! isn't that cool like here's an example: The journey of sailors that went around the world was significant; don't you think? ---------------------------- Significant means important, or outstanding; the term doesn't suggest whether significance indicates a good thing. For example: Mother Teresa made a significant contribution to the health and well-being of people suffering from poverty. Mother Teresa fearlessly tackled Calcutta's significant problems with poverty, illness and deprivation. Smallpox was a disease which caused significant suffering and death. Dr Edward Jenner made significant discoveries in the fight against smallpox, which led to its being eradicated. ----------------------------
Statistically significant is the term used to define when two data are distinct enough in value as to be considered different values. To determine whether two data are close enough in value or distinct enough in value to be considered the same or different, usually you have to do a p-test or a t-test, depending on the type of data that you are looking at. Then confer with the corresponding chart for the test that you did to see whether or not the data is statistically significant.
Because usually when you take a risk, the risk is something hazardous or something that can cause you harm.
MARAC (Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference) MARACs deal with the domestic violence victims identified as being at highest risk of serious harm, which is a national organisation supported by the home office.
"Dicey" is used when there is a significant element of risk in doing something. The term evokes dice games, where a single toss of the dice can make you very rich, or very poor.

It is the possibility of a remaining risk when all other risks have been eliminated
Risk that remains after all controls have been identified and selected
The term vulnerable means being capable to emotional or physical harm.

An acceptable risk is a risk that you are willing to take. If you cross the street, you might be hit by a car, but most people are willing to cross the street anyway. The risk is acceptable.
another term for market risk is non-diversifiable risk.
In term of Science : Accuracy is how close a numerical measure is to its actual value. In term of mathematics : the number of significant figures given in a number
