Not quite. The systolic (or higher number) is a bit high, even though the diastolic of 64 is just fine. This makes for a pulse pressure of 74 (which is too high) and creates excess pressure on the heart. Discuss this with your doctor. Do blood pressures in different environments (as BPs can be higher in the doctor's office - due to anxiety, or what docs call "white coat hypertension"). It's not a terrible thing to take BP medication, if needed. In fact, it can be very protective of your heart. Hope this helps.

is 120 over 70 a good blood pressure range
It depends on how you feel. The blood pressure is not too low, per se. But if you are light headed and dizzy, it may be. If you feel fine, then 120/42 is a good blood pressure.
Is 113/75 a good blood pressure good for a 50 year old female
A normal or average blood pressure for a woman aged 66 is 120/80. The blood pressure can be a little over or under depending on the weight of the woman.
It is considered to be 'low normal'. If it goes any lower. See your doctor.
A systolic blood pressure of 166 is high for a 65 year old female. Talk with your health care provider to determine if you should work to lower your systolic blood pressure, given your particular health history.
I don't know!some minutes ago I have the same pressure range!
See your doctor immediately, unless you are already being treated for high blood pressure.
