If the 14 yo boy is under the age of consent in that state then such an illegal act would abolish for him all responsibility for that unborn child,meaning him nor his parents could be held legally or financially responsible for the support of that child,EVER! The 16 yo girl would have to bear total responsibility for the child on her own since she committed an illegal act of rape or sexual assault.
