Better question would be, what number can a business owner reach the Executive Analyst (EA) who sold him/her the Consulting after the EA leaves? The reason is George S. May (GSM) does not allow contact between Clients and the Special Representative (the guy or gal who sold the Analysis) or the EA. GSM also does not like Clients to be able to easily reach them following signature on a Consulting contract. This prevents a Client from calling GSM and cancelling the contact prior to the Consultants arriving which allows the Client to be billed for all transportation, per diem and at least 20 hours of Consulting. This can easily be six to seven thousand dollars.
