If it has the words National Currency on the front, like all U.S. bills prior to the 1987, it was printed in Washington DC.
In 1987 the BEP opened an auxiliary facility in Fort Worth. Bills printed there have a small "FW" next to one of the plate letters.

There weren't any silver certificates printed with that date. $5 bills dated 1929 should be labelled National Currency and have a brown seal and numbers. As of 09/2010 circulated ones retail in the $30 to $200 range depending on how worn they are. Uncirculated ones can sell for $1000 to $3000.
