Oh the good ol' 8-6-4 . probably an issue with the ISC ( idle speed control ) motor on the L/S of the the throttle body. If you were able to watch it, you'd notice the shaft going in and out. Might need to be adusted. quite technical, not just turning a screw. Computer will compensate for any abnormal change you do

A narrow sandy island formed from a large bar lying off the coast of the mainland is called a barrier island. These islands provide protection for the mainland against erosion and storm surges.
Waves erode the coast by their constant beating against it, especially when storm surges and high tides occur together. If sea levels continue to rise through global warming, then the waves will be higher and perhaps more powerful. When this happens to cities and towns there is the danger that many homes will be destroyed.

This will depend upon which part of China you are asking about. Flooding on the eastern coast is typically due to typhoons with storm surges up the coast. Flooding in the southern portions is typically due to monsoon rains flooding the great rivers. Flooding in the west and north has more to do with sudden heavy rainfalls in areas that have little ability to absorb the rain.
Georgia's barrier islands are located along the southeastern coast of the state, between Savannah and the Florida border. These islands, including popular ones like Tybee Island, St. Simons Island, and Jekyll Island, help protect the mainland from erosion and storm surges.
These ridges are typically formed by the deposition of sediment by longshore drift or wave action. They can provide protection to the coastline by acting as a barrier against storm surges and erosion. Vegetation such as dune grasses often grows on these ridges, helping to stabilize them.
A narrow sandy island formed from a large bar lying off the coast of the mainland is called a barrier island. These islands provide protection to the mainland by acting as a buffer against storm surges and powerful ocean waves. They are typically dynamic landforms that shift and change over time due to natural processes like erosion and sediment deposition.
Barrier islands are formed through the accumulation of sand and sediments parallel to the coast. They help protect the coastline by acting as a buffer against storm surges, waves, and erosion from the ocean. The islands absorb the impact of these natural forces, helping to stabilize the mainland and provide a natural barrier to protect it.
