The PCV valve on a 1987 Toyota Celica with a 3SFE engine is located on the valve cover. You can find it on the driver's side, near the rear of the engine. It is typically a small, round or cylindrical component that connects to a hose leading to the intake manifold. I have an 87 celica too and if you're looking straight at the engine with the hood open, look on the left side below the valve cover and you will see a little bubble looking thing where the radiator hose goes in. Underneath that is where the thermostat is. This is also the same with most other Celica Year models. An easy way to locate your thermostat is to follow the radiator hose's from the where radiator sits, on most cars it will be located on or near the cylender head.
