You cant disarm the alarm by removing a fuse, it is part of the ecm. you may be having a computer memory erasure problem which will have to be fixed flashed by the dealer.

im having the same problem, the first thing to do is check the fuses in both the passenger fusebox and the underhood fusebox. i checked all mine and replaced the blown ones, but once you do that I'm at a loss. i think it needs a recharge so im going to autozone tomorrow to get it checked out, i'll let you know if it works
