I have a 1993 3.3l intrepid that's doing the exact same thing. I've had the crank sensor changed out, the cam sensor changed, checked all fuses and it's still doing it
The transmission in an Intrepid does not have any bands in it.

The 1994 Dodge Intrepid O2 sensor is located on the outside of the air cleaner housing. The sensor is on the back side of the housing.
A 1994 Intrepid is OBD1. The connector is a 6 way under the dash on the driver side.
Dodge does not use inertia switches.
