Fuel filter or possibly Spark plugs. I would also change the PVC valve because its cheap and could also be the problem.

If the light comes on there is a code. Have the code checked and fix the cause. If the light is on with no codes, then you have a computer problem.
There could be several reasons why a Nissan Sentra service engine light is coming on. The car may need an oil change, tune up, or there could be a major engine problem.
It is located between the air filter and the throttle body. it is the hard plastic tube with a square flat box attached to the bottom with a wire harness coming out of it.
The 2010 Nissan Murano should be coming out in the Spring of 2009 like around March or April. There will be a ragtop/convertible coming out later that year as well.
yes
Assuming you have no loss of power throughout the range and the car's ecu hasn't gone into 'limp home mode' the problem is almost certainly the throttle body. Get a decent mechanic to clean/ decoke the throttle body ( about 15 minutes work shouldn't cost more that 20 quid ) It's happened to me and i had dealers quoting me £100's to replace sensors that didn't need replacing. I've read pages and pages of blogs all relating to this 1 issue and if anyone out there has this problem then the first thing you should do, regardless of the advice of so called experts, is get the throttle body cleaned out as this will cure the problem ( given the above scenario )
August 5th!
According to a quick Google search, there has been a recall on 200SX for this exact problem. Perhaps a dealership near you will be able to take care of the problem.
The Nissan code P16FF occurs with a bad Body Control Module. The BCM controls the power windows, door locks, and much more.
needs to be cleaned
i have a 2000 Nissan sentra and it sometimes shuts off while moving slowly or when coming to a stop, is there a way to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it
