Check the following........
1. Clutch coil wire harness for proper connection.
2. Power and ground to the clutch coil wire harness.
3. Pressure switches.....
you are bypassing the refrigerant lo pressure cut out switch when you wire the clutch direct.you need to determine if there is any refrigerant in the system.if the fuses are good and there is refrigerant in it, i would say that the problem is with either the pressure switch, or the A C controls on your dash.
This could be because you have a leak in you A/C system causing a loss of freon. When there is not enough freon in your system the A/C compressor will not engage, it will harm the compressor.
i think these is not a proper question i do not know
The most common is low refrigerant. It can also be caused by other electrical problems as well, check he fuses.
Besides fuses, there are relays that activate this compresorm most of them located under the hood; however, most of the compresors have a pressure control switch, if you have a small loss of refrigerant, eventually it is going to loose pressure an your compressor will not start to prevent compressor damage. Evacuate the system and refill with the correct amont of refrigerant.
First, the clutch won't engage if the refrigerant level is low. Start there. Next, check the sensor at the receiver/dryer.
check all A/C electrical connections, like the connector at the compressor.. make sure the compressor is trying to engage, should be an audible click when switched on, check fuses, also check pressure switch on coolant line.. it has a electrical connector on it also, and if coolant is low it will not let the compressor engage.
Check fuses May need a refrigerant charge Jump ressure switch at the top of the accumulator/drier to see if compressor starts
It's either low on charge, has bad wiring, needs a new pressure switch or needs a new clutch.
The compressor is coming on because you have the heater set to defrost. Take it off defrost and the compressor will not come on. I would suspect the compressor is locked up.
fusess at compressor
Check pressure cutout switch on low line line (smaller of the two a.c. lines).
