Opening the hood on a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am is very easy to do. The hood is opened by pulling on the hood release latch inside the car on the drivers side. After the latch is pulled the hood will release. The hood is then opened by pulling the second release under the hood.

Yes. It is accessed from under the hood, Passenger side right under windshield and if you are going to change it, before opening hood put windshield wipers in vertical position first.
The injectors will be fused with something else. Get a wiring diagram from MOTORLIT.COM.
First you open the hood and on either side of the head lights there are two screw's one is for left and right the other is for up and down
Under the hood and on the driver-side on the dashboard is where the fuses are
If there is a block heater installed then there should be a plug at the hood/lights or bottom of engine.
