You put brake fluid in the brake fluid reservoir on a 1998 Dodge Stratus. This is located on the master cylinder, under the hood, on the driver's side.
Often these are accessed thru the trunk; have you tried that?
Lift the car, remove the tires, remove the brake shoe/calipers, and remove the old brake pad. Put in the new brake pads, replace the brake shoe/caliper, replace the tire and lower the car.
To notify the driver that there is a problem with the brake system.
Remove the tire and wheel. Remove the brake assembly spring. The brake shoes will come off. Reverse the process to install the new brake shoes.
